Telehealth for Mental Health

Mental health care is now readily available to you right from the comfort of your own home. With teletherapy services, patients are able to meet directly with therapists by phone or video. I take a whole person approach with an emphasis on the mind and body connection to mental health. I also provide mental health education on Instagram: @gab_therapy

I support individuals in high-demand roles, like healthcare workers, athletes, parents, and first responders, in managing stress, emotional exhaustion, and trauma. I also specialize in helping mothers navigate the challenges of postpartum and parenthood, providing a compassionate space for them to feel heard and empowered. My therapy approach blends evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and EMDR to help clients build resilience and set healthy boundaries. I help clients reclaim their well-being and heal from burnout or secondary trauma.

Consultation

 

Available for Master’s level graduates seeking supervision in efforts to pursue licensure. This does not include talk therapy.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel your session, please provide 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to adhere to cancellation policy please note there will be $40 no show fee.

Common Treatment Methods

CBT

 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a common approach that focused on recognizing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and teaches coping skills to work through experienced symptoms.

EMDR

 

Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a treatment model commonly used to process traumatic events and heal internal negative beliefs we may be carrying.

Peak Performance

 

For athletes and performers wanting to work through performance anxiety by learning skills to increase heart, mind and body connection to gain confidence and empowerment.
